Privacy Policy
Warke LinkLens is designed to make URL structure easier to inspect while limiting the information it retains. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
1. Who operates LinkLens
Warke LinkLens is a product of Warke Technologies and Research Private Limited.
2. What we process
When you submit a link, our server processes the URL text to generate the requested report. We do not intentionally visit, fetch, or contact the website named in that URL. We do not save the full submitted link, query values, login-like userinfo, or nested destination URLs in inspection history.
3. Data saved for accounts
For registered users, we store account name, email, hashed password, account/verification status, and inspection summary metadata: parsed hostname, scheme, observation category, counts, and timestamps. The hostname itself can be revealing; avoid inspecting private internal links if this is a concern. Guests do not receive stored inspection histories.
4. Operational data
Our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, technical request information, sessions, security events, and ordinary web server logs. Despite LinkLens not writing URLs to inspection history, infrastructure, debugging configurations, browser extensions, or reverse proxies may handle form data; operators must enforce protective log policies.
5. Cookies and emails
Essential session and security cookies enable login, CSRF prevention, and rate limiting. Email messages are used for verification and password recovery. We do not embed third-party analytics scripts in the application.
6. Retention and control
You can delete individual inspections or your entire inspection history, and eligible non-admin accounts can self-delete. Routine hosting backups and server logs may persist according to the operator's retention settings.
7. Safeguards
Connections should be served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, account actions are authenticated, and administrator access requires an authorized role. No web service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Questions
For privacy questions, contact Warke Technologies through its official company contact channels. A deployment operator should publish an appropriate contact address and locally applicable policy details before general release.
